The Virtual War Room enables police teams to prepare for unexpected situations within hours. Using current 3D area data, colleagues work together to build a realistic tactical situation map, explore scenarios and train directly in VR or Mixed Reality, even from different locations. In this feasibility study, we determine what workflow is needed to enable operational colleagues to independently create and use scenarios. This takes into account the relevant conditions for responsible and safe use within the police context.
