PLAN Configurator

PLAN is a digital tool that enables local authorities and project developers to present spatial plans to residents in an understandable way. During participation evenings, it visualises adjustments directly in real-time within a photorealistic 3D environment equipped with scanned data. This allows residents to immediately see the effect of their input, leading to greater trust and engagement. PLAN aligns with the participation obligation from the Environment and Planning Act. It enables authorities and initiators to communicate plans transparently and clearly, and to involve citizens in spatial decision-making at an early stage.
