PerspectiveXR 

PerspectiveXR develops a new way of citizen participation for urban development. Through an immersive XR experience, residents literally experience each other's perspectives on building plans in their neighbourhood. This reduces conflicts and polarisation around new developments. The project builds upon earlier successful research in Sweden and adapts this to the Dutch situation. In 6 months, Future of Now will create a working prototype and test this with municipalities and residents. The goal is to make participation more accessible and effective, enabling urban development to take place faster and with less resistance.
